Change of. SPECIFICATIONS a) Assembler shall advise ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ in writing at least fourteen (14) days prior to making any proposed changes with respect to direct materials, suppliers, manufacturing processes and/or assembly location. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ reserves the right in its absolute discretion to accept or reject such proposed changes.
