Change Order Approval and Authorization. Upon approval of the Consultant's written statement prepared pursuant to Section 902.2, the Department’s Authorized Representative, or the designee established in writing, the Department shall deliver to the Consultant a change order (hereinafter “Change Order Notice”) for execution, consistent with Section 102.1 of this Agreement. The Change Order Notice shall contain the full and complete agreement among the Parties regarding the modifications to the scope of services to be provided.
