Change Order Number. This Change Order (the ·change Order") is made effective by and between WILCO and SF and is issued and govemed by that certain Master Service s Agreement (the •Agreement") dated between the Parties. Unless otherwise WILCO agrees to pay for all changes in the Service performed by SF under this Change Order according to the terms of the Agreement. The amount paid by WILCO shall be full compensation for all work requested and for effects of this change in the Work The change, if any, in the Contract Price Amount shall be computed according to one of the following methods:
