Common use of Change Order Reports Clause in Contracts

Change Order Reports. The CM shall periodically prepare and distribute Change Order reports. The report shall list all Owner-approved charge orders by number, a brief description of the change order work, the cost established in the change order and percent of completion of the change order work. The report shall also include similar information for potential change orders of which the CM may be aware.
