Change Order Reports. The Consultant shall periodically during the construction phase prepare and distribute change order reports. The report shall list all City-approved change orders by number, a brief description of the change order work, the cost established in the change order and percent of completion of the change order work The report shall also include similar information for potential change orders of which the Consultant may be aware.
