Common use of Change Order Requests Clause in Contracts

Change Order Requests. Any party to the construction process may request changes to the Work, compensation or applicable schedules. 9.1.1 With respect to such requests for changes by the CM, the CM shall prepare and submit change order requests to the Design Professional. 9.1.2 With respect to requests for changes by parties other than the CM, the CM shall promptly review and respond to change order requests submitted by the Design Professional. 9.1.3 When requested to do so, the CM shall prepare and submit to the Design Professional drawings, specifications or other data in support of a change order request. 9.1.4 Each change order shall include time and monetary impacts of the change, whether the change order is considered alone or with all other changes during the course of the Project.
