Common use of Change to the Services Clause in Contracts

Change to the Services. eHealth Ontario may, in its sole discretion, modify or upgrade the infrastructure that eHealth Ontario uses to provide the PR Services, from time to time. Client is solely responsible for any modification or upgrade of its Computer Application or Client Systems caused by the modification or upgrade of the infrastructure that eHealth Ontario uses to provide the PR Services.
