Changes Authorized. In accordance with the collective SCP, the Department may, without invalidating the Agreement, and without notice to or approval of any surety, order changes in the Work, including additions, deletions or modifications. Any such change must be conveyed by the Department to the Construction Manager via written Change Directive or Change Order.
