Changes by the District to District's Projects. After the parties have made a final determination of the District's Projects for that year, the District may request either (1) that additional projects be added to the District's Projects or, (2) that certain projects be eliminated where the actual costs will exceed the estimated costs for specific projects or where unexpected District budget constraints occur.
