Changes in Distribution Rights. In the event following the exercise by a Member of the Buy-Sell Option (and prior to the distribution in accordance with this ARTICLE 12), a Member's right to distributions of Available Cash, Capital Proceeds and Net Refinancing Proceeds are modified as provided in Section 4.8 hereof, then the amount due the Company on the Buy-Sell Closing Date shall be distributed by the Company in accordance with such modified distribution rights.
