Common use of Changes in Equipment, Systems, Etc Clause in Contracts

Changes in Equipment, Systems, Etc. USBFS reserves the right to make changes from time to time, as it deems advisable, relating to its systems, programs, rules, operating schedules and equipment, so long as such changes do not adversely affect the services provided to the Trust under this Agreement. During the term of the Agreement, USBFS may not change locations that provide Services to the Trust outside the United States without prior written notice to the Trust. Notwithstanding Section 19 of this Agreement, the Trust may terminate this Agreement within 60 days’ of USBFS providing such notice.
