Common use of Changes in Facilities Clause in Contracts

Changes in Facilities. Landlord reserves the right, at any time and without any liability to Tenant, to make changes in or additions to the Building, including, without limitation, any changes to the Common Areas, as it may deem necessary or desirable provided that (a) any such change does not deprive Tenant of any access to the Premises. Landlord may install and maintain pipes, fans, ducts, shafts, wires and conduits within, adjacent and/or through (as the case may be) the walls, floors or ceilings of the Premises.
