Common use of Changes in Fiscal Year Clause in Contracts

Changes in Fiscal Year. Holdings will not permit any change to its fiscal year; provided, that Holdings may change its fiscal year end one or more times with the consent of the Administrative Agent, subject to such adjustments to this Agreement as the Borrower and Administrative Agent shall reasonably agree are necessary or appropriate in connection with such change (and the parties hereto hereby authorize the Borrower and the Administrative Agent to make any such amendments to this Agreement as they jointly deem necessary to give effect to the foregoing).
