Changes in Key Grant Personnel. When it is specifically required as a condition of a Grant, the replacement of the Project director or the co-director or a substantial reduction in the level of their effort, e.g., their unanticipated absence for more than three (3) months, or a twenty-five percent (25%) reduction in the time devoted to the Project, requires Prior Approval from DHS.
