Changes in Legal Requirements. The Contract Price and/or the Work Schedule shall be adjusted in accordance with Article 14 to compensate Vendor for the effects of any material changes to the Legal Requirements that occur after the Effective Date of this Agreement affecting the performance of the Scope of Work.
