Changes in Names, Jurisdiction of Organization or Corporate Structure. Except as set forth in Schedule 1(b) hereto, neither the Company nor any other Grantor has changed its name within the past five (5) years. Except as set forth in Schedule 1(c) hereto, neither the Company nor any other Grantor has changed its (i) jurisdiction of organization since July 1, 2006 or (ii) its corporate structure in any way (e.g. by merger, consolidation, change in corporate form, change in jurisdiction of organization or otherwise) within the past five (5) years.
