Except as set forth below, no Loan Party has changed its identity or organizational structure in any way within the past five years. Changes in identity or organizational structure would include mergers, consolidations and acquisitions, as well as any change in the legal name or the form, nature or jurisdiction of organization. If any such change has occurred, include below a description of any such changes, the current legal name and any former legal names used by such Loan Party in the past five years as to each acquiree or constituent party to a merger or consolidation.
