Changes in Project. If Permittee anticipates Project scope changes, any additional impacts to resources subject to Fish and Game Code section 1602, or additional operations and maintenance activities not identified in this Agreement, Permittee shall submit to CDFW a request to amend this Agreement.

Changes in Project. If Permittee anticipates Project scope changes, shall either submit an Amendment request or submit a new notification under Fish and Game Code section 1602 to CDFW for any project modification that conflicts with current conditions or project description.
