Changes in Services. 1.3.1 The OWNER may request changes in the scope of the services of the ENGINEER. Such changes, including any increase or decrease in the amount of the ENGINEER’S compensation, which are mutually agreed upon by and between the OWNER and the ENGINEER, shall be incorporated in written amendments to this contract.
