Changes in Specified Offices. If any Agent decides to change its Specified Office (which may only be effected within the same city unless the prior written approval of the Issuer and the Trustee has been obtained), it shall give notice to the Issuer (with a copy to the Bank, the Trustee and the other Agents) of the address of the new Specified Office stating the date on which such change is to take effect, which date shall be not less than 30 days after the date of such notice. The Principal Paying Agent shall on behalf of and at the expense of the Issuer, but only to the extent that the Issuer has previously been put in funds by the Bank, not less than 14 days prior to the date on which such change is to take effect (unless the appointment of the relevant Agent is to terminate pursuant to any of the foregoing provisions of this Clause on or prior to the date of such change) give notice thereof to the Noteholders.
