Changes in Specified Offices. If any Agent decides to change its Specified Office (which may only be effected within the same city unless the prior written approval of the Issuers and the Guarantor has been obtained), it shall give notice to the Issuers and the Guarantor (with a copy to the Trustee and the other Agents) of the address of the new Specified Office stating the date on which such change is to take effect, which date shall be not less than 30 days after the date of such notice. The Issuers and the Guarantor Issuer shall at their its own expense not less than 14 days prior to the date on which such change is to take effect (unless the appointment of the relevant Agent is to terminate pursuant to any of the foregoing provisions of this Clause 13 (Changes in Agents) 12 on or prior to the date of such change) give notice thereof to the Noteholders.

Changes in Specified Offices. If any the Agent or the Registrar decides to change its Specified Office (which may only be effected within the same city unless the prior written approval of the Issuers Company and the Guarantor Majority Warrantholders has been obtained), it shall give notice to the Issuers and the Guarantor Company (with a copy to the Trustee and Agent or the other AgentsRegistrar, as the case may be) of the address of the new Specified Office stating the date on which such change is to take effect, which date shall be not less than 30 thirty (30) days after the date of such notice.
