Changes in Suppliers and Customers. Except as disclosed on Exhibit 5.16, the Company is not aware of any fact which indicates that any of the suppliers supplying products, services, components or materials to the Business intends to cease selling such products or providing such services to the Business nor is the Company aware of any fact which indicates that any major customer of the Business intends to terminate its business relations with the Company.

Changes in Suppliers and Customers. Except as disclosed on Exhibit 6.17, Sierra Norte is not aware of any fact which indicates that any of the suppliers supplying products, components or materials to Sierra Norte intends to cease selling such products to Sierra Norte nor is Sierra Norte aware of any fact which indicates that any major customer of Sierra Norte intends to terminate its business relations with Sierra Norte.

Changes in Suppliers and Customers. Seller is not aware of any fact which indicates that any of the suppliers supplying products, components or materials to the Seller intends to cease selling such products to the Seller or to limit or reduce such sales of products to the Seller nor is Seller aware of any fact which indicates that any of the major customers of the Seller intends to terminate, limit or reduce the Business relations with the Seller.

Changes in Suppliers and Customers. Without regard to the effect the transactions contemplated by this Agreement may have (as to which no representation is given), and except as set forth on the Disclosure Schedule, Seller has no knowledge of any facts which indicate that any of the customers of the Power General Business which individually purchased more than $50,000 from Seller in the last twelve months intends to cease being a customer of Seller (or knows of any reason why any of such customers would not continue as a customer with the Power General Business after the Closing Date), nor is Seller aware of any facts which indicate that any material supplier to Seller intends to cease doing business with Seller, (or knows of any reason any of such suppliers would not act as suppliers to the Power General Business after the Closing Date).

Changes in Suppliers and Customers. Seller is not aware of any facts which indicate that any material supplier to Seller intends to cease doing business with Seller, or to not do business with Purchaser after the Closing hereunder, whether as a result of the transactions contemplated hereby or otherwise.
