Changes in the Scope of Services. 1 The scope of Services set forth in Exhibit “A” will be based on facts known at the time of execution, including, if applicable, information supplied by the Madison County. As the project progresses, facts discovered may indicate that scope must be redefined. Changes in scope may warrant Additional Services which are not a part of the agreed upon compensation described in the Task Order. Additional Services shall be paid for by Madison County in accordance with Engineer’s prevailing hourly rate schedule.
