Any resulting changes as a consequence of obtaining or complying with a federal, state, or local permit or approval; provided that the changes are routine and uncontested and the application thereof does not materially affect the City’s original intent, findings, or conditions on the Project in a manner that would have likely resulted in a different decision on this Agreement, as determined by the Planning Director.
