Changes or Additions. Not to make any changes or additions to the Premises without Landlord's prior written consent, provided that Tenant shall reimburse Landlord for all costs incurred by Landlord in reviewing ▇▇▇▇▇▇'s proposed changes or additions, and provided further that, in order to protect the functional integrity of the Building, all such changes and additions shall be performed by contractors selected from a list of approved contractors prepared by Landlord from time to time. Notwithstanding the foregoing, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇'s consent shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed if the cost of the proposed changes or additions are less than $10,000 in the aggregate in any 12-month period, provided such changes or additions do not affect structural components of the Building, the exterior of the Building, or common Building systems;
