Changes or Additions. Not to make any changes or additions to the Premises without Landlord's prior written consent which approval will not be unreasonably withheld, provided that Tenant shall reimburse Landlord for all reasonable costs incurred by Landlord in reviewing Tena▇▇'▇ ▇roposed changes or additions, and provided further that, in order to protect the functional integrity of the Building, all such changes and additions shall be performed by contractors approved by Landlord, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld;
