Changes Proposed by Buyer. If Buyer requests changes to the product (including but not limited to changes in material, styling or design), this change request shall be subject of a Master Change Proposal (MCP). Seller shall issue the MCP with cost, weight and time impact to Buyer in an appropriate time. Seller and ▇▇▇▇▇ shall agree upon the change(s) to be implemented. Seller shall execute the change(s) only after receipt of the MCP signed by ▇▇▇▇▇. A purchase Order is required for billing purposes.
