Changes to Applicable Law. The Company hereby agrees and covenants that it shall not seek to change such requirements of the home country or listing exchange or seek a change in its organization documents or shareholder agreements to such effect, if the change is reasonably deemed by the Joint Venturers to be detrimental to the Company or to the Joint Venturers in their capacity as holders of Conversion Rights.
