Changes to Authorized Uses. The Lessee may amend or change approved uses subject to the prior written approval of the Lessor. No change of the uses of the Premises shall be approved unless the Lessor, among other matters, determines the proposed use to be consistent with Part 18, the Reserve’s General Management Plan, all other Applicable Laws, and that the proposed change will not have an adverse impact on the Lessor’s ability to manage and protect the Reserve’s resources and visitors.
