Changes to Cloud Services Clause Samples
The "Changes to Cloud Services" clause defines the provider's right to modify, update, or discontinue features or functionalities of the cloud services offered. Typically, this clause outlines the process for notifying customers about significant changes, such as updates to software, removal of features, or scheduled maintenance, and may specify any advance notice periods or limitations on changes that materially affect service performance. Its core practical function is to give the provider flexibility to improve or adapt the service while informing customers, thereby managing expectations and reducing disputes over service modifications.
