Common use of Changes to Contact Information Clause in Contracts

Changes to Contact Information. You agree that you will notify us immediately in the event of a change to your contact information (e.g. mailing address, email address, phone number). Address changes may be initiated:  at your request. You may instruct us to change the contact information to which we send notices or Account Related Information concerning your Account at any time by contacting us at your local Bank Forward branch or notifying us in writing at Bank Forward at your local branch address included in this agreement.
