Changes to Facilities. (1) We may change all or part of the Facility at any time, including by; (a) Adding, removing or replacing equipment (whether available for use by your Membership Type or not); (b) Change the name of the Facility; and (c) Temporarily or permanently closing parts of the Facility (including the circumstances described in clause 13. (2) Any change to the Facility as described in clauses 6.1a and 6.1b, without limiting clause 13, does not constitute a change to this Membership Agreement and does not entitle you to terminate this Membership Agreement under clause 5.3.
