Changes to Itinerary. We reserve the right to amend the Itinerary of the Tour if required by any applicable statutory or regulatory requirement or if the amendment will not materially affect the nature or quality of the Tour, and we will notify you in advance of any such event, any alteration in the Itinerary. Any changes to the Itinerary will not give you the right to cancel the Contract, without us deducting the amounts under clause 5.4.
