Changes to Licensed Materials. Registry may from time to time make modifications to the Licensed Product licensed hereunder. Registry will, to the extent reasonably practicable, provide Registrar with at least thirty (30) days notice prior to the implementation of any material changes to the Licensed Product.

If additional time is required, the implementation of any material changes Parties will agree to the Licensed Producta mutually acceptable time frame.
