Common use of Changes to Licensed Materials Clause in Contracts

Changes to Licensed Materials. The Registry may from time to time replace or make modifications to the Licensed Product licensed hereunder, at its sole discretion, provided that the Registry provides 90 (ninety) days’ notice to the Registrar to implement material changes that alter the functionality of the Licensed Product, except in circumstances where a regulatory body or law enforcement agency mandates registries to meet shorter deadline, in which case the Registrar will work with the Registry to agree on an appropriate date to implement such changes. For the avoidance of doubt, design or usability improvements to the web interface to the Registry SRS shall not be considered material changes.
