Changes to Parking Rates. Changes to daily parking rates cannot occur without 10 notice and opportunity for impact bargaining. If the University makes a change to 11 parking rates or policy that would require Residents to pay a higher rate than other 12 classified staff at the University, the UWHA will be given notice and an opportunity to 13 bargain the decision.
