Changes to Plan. Changes, additions, deletions or any other modification to this Incentive Plan Document, the Plan Document and/or Individual Incentive Payments, as earned, shall not be made, either verbally or in writing, by any officer or other individual of the Company, without review and approval by the President/CEO and approval by the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors. Any and all changes, additions, deletions or any other modification to this Incentive Plan, and/or Plan Document shall be documented and issued in writing as an amendment to the Plan prior to implementing and executing the stated modification.
