Common use of Changes to Policy Clause in Contracts

Changes to Policy. The policy contains all the agreements between the Insured and the Insurer concerning the insurance provided. Notice to any agent or knowledge possessed by any agent or by any other person will not affect a waiver or a change in any part of this policy or estop the Insurer from asserting any right under the terms of this policy. The policy terms can be amended or waived only by an endorsement issued by the Insurer to form part of the policy.
