Common use of Changes to Representatives Clause in Contracts

Changes to Representatives. A Party may change any one or more of its representatives to a Committee at any time upon written notice to the other Party. The number of representatives appointed by each Party to a Committee may be modified by mutual agreement of the Parties; provided, that at all times the number of representatives from each Party shall be equal.
