Common use of Changes to Schedules Clause in Contracts

Changes to Schedules. The Purchaser shall be entitled to make changes to the schedules at any time provided that: any such change shall be set out in writing and delivered to the Supplier; and where any such change results in an increase or decrease in the cost or time required for the delivery of the Services or performance of any requirement of this Agreement, an equitable adjustment shall be made to the Fees or to the delivery date, or to both, provided that such adjustment is agreed to by the parties in writing.
