Common use of Changes to Services Clause in Contracts

Changes to Services. It is understood and agreed that Provider may from time to time modify or change the manner, nature, quality and/or standard of care of any Service provided to Recipient to the extent Provider is making a similar change in the performance of such services for the Provider and its Affiliates and provided that any such modification, change or enhancement will not reasonably be expected to materially affect such Service. Provider shall furnish to Recipient substantially the same notice (in content and timing), if any, as Provider furnishes to its own organization with respect to such modifications or changes.

Changes to Services. It is understood and agreed that Provider may from time to time modify modify, change or change enhance the manner, nature, nature and quality and/or standard of care of any Service provided to Recipient to the extent Provider is making a similar change in the performance of such services Services for the Provider and its Affiliates and provided that Subsidiaries; provided, however, that, except as set forth in Section 1.05(b), any such modification, change or enhancement will not reasonably be expected to materially negatively affect such ServiceServices. Provider shall furnish to Recipient substantially the same notice (in content and timing), if any, as Provider furnishes to its own organization with respect to such modifications modifications, changes or changesenhancements.

Provider shall furnish to Recipient applicable Purchaser substantially the same notice (in content and timing), if any, ) as such Provider furnishes shall furnish to its own organization with respect to respecting such modifications or changes. No such change shall affect the Charges for the applicable Service.

It is understood and agreed that Except as provided in SECTION 2(h) below, each Provider may make changes from time to time modify or change in the manner, nature, quality and/or standard manner of care of any Service provided to Recipient to performing the extent Services if such Provider is making a similar change changes in the performance of such performing analogous services for itself and if such Provider furnishes to the Provider and its Affiliates and provided that any such modification, change or enhancement will not reasonably be expected to materially affect such Service. Provider shall furnish to Recipient applicable Purchaser substantially the same notice (in content and timing), if any, ) as such Provider furnishes shall furnish to its own organization with respect to respecting such modifications or changes. No such change shall affect the Charges for the applicable Service.

Provider shall furnish to Recipient applicable Purchaser substantially the same notice (in content and timing), if any, ) as such Provider furnishes shall furnish to its own organization with respect to respecting such modifications or changes. No such change shall affect the Charges for the applicable Service.
