Changes to the Project Schedule. Any adjustment of time to the Project Schedule shall be the number of Days, at a maximum, equal to the number of Days of delay (or saved Days) in the sequence of the impacted Work demonstrated by Contractor (or by Owners with respect to saved Days) as resulting from the event or events necessitating the Change Order, with due regard for reasonable mitigating measures available to Contractor.
