The Grant Recipient shall request the Change on a Project Change Request Form. The Secretary of State shall either agree to the change request or reject the change request within 60 days of the date of the Project Change Request Form. 9.2 Until such time as a Change is made in accordance with this clause, the parties shall, unless otherwise agreed in writing, continue to perform this Funding Agreement in compliance with its terms before such Change.
