Common use of Changing the Term Clause in Contracts

Changing the Term. ▇▇▇▇ may, in its sole discretion elect to extend this Agreement until May 30, 2025; provided that such election shall not be effective unless ▇▇▇▇ (i) gives the Company at least six (6) months’ notice prior to the Expiration Date of any such election pursuant to Article 27, (ii) if the Third A&R BSR S&O Agreement is still in effect, concurrently exercises its right to extend the Third A&R BSR S&O Agreement, and (iii) if the Third A&R Delek S&O Agreement is still in effect, concurrently exercises its right to extend the Third A&R Delek S&O Agreement.
