Changing your Contact Details Clause Samples

The 'Changing your Contact Details' clause outlines the process by which a party must update the other party if their contact information changes. Typically, this clause requires prompt notification of any changes to addresses, phone numbers, or email addresses, often specifying the method and timeframe for providing such updates. Its core function is to ensure that all communications between the parties remain effective and reliable, thereby preventing missed notices or misunderstandings due to outdated contact information.
