Chapter Activities. All activities of CHAPTER will be governed by the DAMA-I Code of Ethics and must be of a non-profit nature, without exclusive reliance on specific vendors for support of any CHAPTER activities. CHAPTER must be vendor independent, as stated in the DAMA-I Code of Ethics and any provable incident of for-profit behavior will be deemed to be cause for abrogation of this agreement and possible action against CHAPTER by DAMA-I.

  • Other Activities Your services pursuant to this Agreement shall not be deemed to be exclusive, and you may render similar services and act as an underwriter, distributor or dealer for other investment companies in the offering of their shares.

  • Activities Except with the prior written consent of the Board, Executive will not during his employment with the Company undertake or engage in any other employment, occupation or business enterprise, other than ones in which Executive is a passive investor.   • Collaboration activities 4.1 The Collaboration Suppliers will perform the Collaboration Activities and all other obligations of this Agreement in accordance with the Detailed Collaboration Plan. 4.2 The Collaboration Suppliers will provide all additional cooperation and assistance as is reasonably required by the Buyer to ensure the continuous delivery of the services under the Call-Off Contract. 4.3 The Collaboration Suppliers will ensure that their respective subcontractors provide all cooperation and assistance as set out in the Detailed Collaboration Plan.

  • High Risk Activities 1. The Software is not fault-tolerant and is not designed, manufactured or intended for use or resale as on-line control equipment in hazardous environments requiring fail-safe performance, such as in the operation of nuclear facilities, aircraft navigation or communication systems, air traffic control, direct life support machines, or weapons systems, in which the failure of the Software could lead directly to death, personal injury, or severe physical or environmental damage ("High Risk Activities"). Syncro and its suppliers specifically disclaim any express or implied warranty of fitness for High Risk Activities.
