Character Labels Clause Samples

The Character Labels clause defines how specific names, titles, or identifiers are assigned to characters within a work. It typically outlines which party has the authority to designate these labels and may set guidelines for their use in scripts, marketing materials, or merchandise. By establishing clear rules for character naming, this clause helps prevent disputes over character identity and ensures consistency across all uses of the character in various media.
