Common use of Character of Construction Clause in Contracts

Character of Construction. All construction of the 2011 Projects will be of sound materials, in good and workmanlike manner, free and clear of all liens, claims and encumbrances (other than the liens and security interests securing the obligations of the Lessee under the Existing Lease), and in compliance with all laws, ordinances, regulations and restrictions affecting the applicable 2011 Facility and all requirements of all governmental authorities having jurisdiction over the applicable 2011 Facility and of the appropriate board of fire underwriters or other similar body, if any, and any applicable health care authority.
