Common use of Character of Warrant Shares Clause in Contracts

Character of Warrant Shares. A11 shares of Common Stock issuable upon --------------------------- the exercise of this Warrant shall be duly authorized, validly issued, fully paid and non-assessable; and without limiting the generality of the foregoing, GeoSystems covenants and agrees that it will reserve a sufficient number of shares of Common Stock for issuance upon exercise of this Warrant.
