Chargebacks. A Chargeback is typically caused when a Consumer disputes a charge that appears on their bank account statement bill. A Chargeback may result in the reversal of a transaction, which consists of the original transaction amount plus any applicable Chargeback associated fees. You can be assessed Chargebacks for (i) Consumer disputes, or (ii) unauthorized or improperly authorized transactions, or (iii) transactions that do not comply with the terms of this Agreement or are allegedly unlawful or suspicious. When a Chargeback is issued, you are immediately liable to 2000Charge for the full amount of payment of the Chargeback plus any associated fees, fines, expenses or penalties. You agree that 2000Charge may recover these amounts by debiting your Settlement Account associated with your 2000Charge Account, debiting your Reserve, or setting off any amounts owed to you by us thru your Merchant Portal. If we are unable to recover funds related to a Chargeback for which you are liable, you are required to pay us the full amount of the Chargeback plus any incurred fees immediately upon demand. You agree to pay all costs and expenses, including without limitation attorney fees and other legal expenses, incurred by or on behalf of us in connection with the collection of any unpaid Chargebacks unpaid by you. Further, if we believe that a Chargeback is likely to occur with any transaction, we may withhold the amount of the potential Chargeback from the Settlement funds which are otherwise due to you under this Agreement until such time that: (a) a Chargeback is actually assessed, in which case we will retain the funds; (b) the period of time under applicable law or regulation by which the Consumer may dispute the transaction; or (c) we determine that a Chargeback on the transaction will not occur. We reserve the right to start a recovery process for all Chargebacks on your behalf. Once we recover a Chargeback successfully it will be credited to your Settlement Account, less our recovery service fees. You have the choice to opt out of this service via your Merchant Portal. It may arise that 2000Charge determines that you are incurring excessive Chargebacks. Excessive Chargebacks may result in additional fees, penalties, or fines. Excessive Chargebacks may also result in (a) additional controls and restrictions to your use of the Service, including without limitation, (i) changes to the terms of your Reserve, (ii) increases to your applicable fees, or (iii) delays in your Settlement; (iv) modification of your allowed product offerings or (b) possible suspension or termination of your 2000Charge Account and access to the Service.

Excessive Chargebacks may also result in (a, b) additional controls suspending your access to and restrictions to your use of the ServicePayPal ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Services, and/or c) terminating and closing your PayPal ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Account and your PayPal business account. You agree to assist us when requested, at your expense, to investigate any transaction processed through the PayPal ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Services. You further agree that we may share information about a Chargeback with your customer, the customer’s financial institution, and your financial institution in order to investigate and/or mediate a Chargeback. You acknowledge that your failure to assist us in a timely manner when investigating a transaction, including without limitationproviding necessary information and documentation within ten days of our request, (i) changes may result in an irreversible Chargeback. If we are unable to recover funds related to a Chargeback for which you are liable, you are required to will pay us the full amount of the Chargeback plus any incurred fees immediately upon on demand. You agree to pay all costs and expenses, including without limitation attorney attorneys’ fees and other legal expenses, incurred by or on behalf of us in connection with the collection of any unpaid Chargebacks all balances unpaid by you. Excessive number of Chargebacks or that Chargebacks related to you are too frequent, we may result establish controls or conditions governing your PayPal ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Account, including without limitation: a) creating a reserve in additional an amount reasonably determined by us to cover anticipated Chargebacks and related fees, penalties, or fines. Excessive Chargebacks may also result in (a, b) additional controls suspending your access to and restrictions to your use of the ServicePayPal ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Services, and/or c) terminating and closing your PayPal ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Account and your PayPal business account. You agree to assist us when requested, at your expense, to investigate any transaction processed through the PayPal ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Services. You further agree that we may share information about a Chargeback with your customer, the customer’s financial institution, and your financial institution in order to investigate and/or mediate a Chargeback. You acknowledge that your failure to assist us in a timely manner when investigating a transaction, including without limitationproviding necessary information and documentation within ten days of our request, (i) changes may result in an irreversible Chargeback. Excessive Chargebacks may also result in (a) additional controls and restrictions to your use of the Service, including without limitation, (i) changes to the terms of your Reserve, (ii) increases to your applicable fees, or (iii) delays in your Settlement; (iv) modification of your allowed product offerings or (b) possible suspension or termination of your 2000Charge Account and access to the Service.

Chargebacks. A Chargeback is typically caused when a Consumer disputes a charge that appears on their bank account statement billAll payments made through the Payment Networks are conditional and subject to reversals and adjustments. The Rules and applicable laws give parties to payment transactions certain rights to dispute transactions long after payment has been made to the merchant. A Chargeback transaction may result in be reversed or charged back to Merchant’s Deposit Account (a “Chargeback”) if the reversal of a transaction, which consists of the original transaction amount plus any applicable Chargeback associated fees. You can be assessed Chargebacks for (i) Consumer disputes, or is disputed by the Customer; (ii) unauthorized or improperly authorized transactions, or is reversed for any reason; (iii) transactions was not authorized or Provider has any reason to believe that do the transaction was not comply with authorized; or (iv) is allegedly unlawful, suspicious, or in violation of the terms of this Agreement or Agreement. Provider does not decide what transactions are allegedly unlawful or suspicious. When a Chargeback is issued, you are immediately liable to 2000Charge for charged back and does not control the full amount of payment ultimate resolution of the Chargeback. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ is responsible for all Chargebacks, whether or not the Chargeback plus complies with the Rules. For any transaction that results in a Chargeback, Provider will withhold the Chargeback amount and any associated fees, fines, expenses fines and penalties from transaction settlements otherwise due to Merchant or penalties. You agree that 2000Charge may recover these amounts by debiting your Settlement Account associated with your 2000Charge will deduct the amount of any Chargeback from Merchant’s Deposit Account, debiting your Reserve, or setting off any amounts owed to you by us thru your Merchant Portal. If Provider, Processor or Bank, in our sole discretion, determine that Merchant is incurring an excessive amount of Chargebacks, Provider, Processor or Bank may establish controls or conditions governing Merchant’s Deposit Account, including without limitation attorney fees (i) assessing additional Fees; (ii) delaying settlement payouts; and other legal expenses(iii) terminating or suspending the Services. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ agrees to timely assist Provider when requested, incurred by or on behalf at ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’s expense, to investigate any of us in connection Merchant’s transactions processed through this Agreement. Merchant hereby permits Provider to share information about a Chargeback with the collection of any unpaid Chargebacks unpaid by youCustomer, the Customer’s financial institution, and Merchant’s financial institution in order to investigate and/or mediate a Chargeback. FurtherProvider will request necessary information from Merchant to contest the Chargeback. If the Chargeback is contested successfully, if we believe that Provider will release the reserved funds to Merchant’s Deposit Account. If a Chargeback dispute is likely not resolved in Merchant’s favor by the Payment Network or Issuing Bank, or Merchant chooses not to occur with contest the Chargeback, Provider may recover the Chargeback amount and any transaction, we may withhold the amount of the potential Chargeback from the Settlement funds which are otherwise due associated fees as described in this Agreement. Merchant acknowledges that its failure to you under this Agreement until such time that: (a) assist Provider in a Chargeback is actually assessed, in which case we will retain the funds; (b) the period of time under applicable law or regulation by which the Consumer may dispute the transaction; or (c) we determine that a Chargeback on the transaction will not occur. We reserve the right to start a recovery process for all Chargebacks on your behalf. Once we recover a Chargeback successfully it will be credited to your Settlement Account, less our recovery service fees. You have the choice to opt out of this service via your Merchant Portal. It may arise that 2000Charge determines that you are incurring excessive Chargebacks. Excessive Chargebacks timely manner may result in additional fees, penalties, or fines. Excessive Chargebacks may also result in (a) additional controls and restrictions to your use of the Service, including without limitation, (i) changes to the terms of your Reserve, (ii) increases to your applicable fees, or (iii) delays in your Settlement; (iv) modification of your allowed product offerings or (b) possible suspension or termination of your 2000Charge Account and access to the Servicean irreversible Chargeback.
